using the vertex colors (and counting edges ) to identify the loops of segments. (which will be the base for railing generation).. I can not express how much easier is when you never have to think about UVs, texture distortion and are used to using vertex colors and UV2 as just extra data.

I've never put more effort into an UX and gizmos and hover effects, I mean there's a whole world around bounding boxes when you do mesh generation. A lifetime of using 3d modelling software has also given me massive bias as to what is intuitive.. #gamedev
