THIS is what you have to keep in mind when you're writing documentation and training. You mustn't just avoid assuming they know what you know. You MUST assume by default that they know 10% of your topic, at best. Otherwise you'll lose over half of your readers and your doc is functionally useless.

Something I don't talk about enough and probably should: Yes I write Salesforce content, but I'm also writing a novel! At least, I think it'll be a novel. I certainly have enough plot planned to be a full novel. I'm currently 12,000 words in, over 10k of which were written just this month!
