Blue Bowl tonight has a rif on Orange Chicken @poppy_cooks one tray recipe But no Orange so I used a pink grapefruit which worked rather well, it was cooked with sweet potato, brocoli and spring onions Served with sticky rice

Blue Bowl tonight has a south east Asian flavour. Chicken with noodles in a sauce that's a bit more Cambodian than Thai, spices and technique. There's a curry paste that was used to cook the onions and chicken. Mushrooms and sweetcorn were added before it was finished with the noodles.

Blue Bowl tonight has chicken I bought a herb fed free range chicken and halved it. This half was roasted with potatoes, onions, leeks and carrots. With it there's the first spaghetti squash of the season and cauliflower cheese
