Currently surveying the Perle hops that go into most of our beers, today they are being picked and dried.

Off to Tettnang this week, to sniff and select some hops from the family farm we buy from. Then up to Berlin to brew using those green hops at Fuerst Wiacek. Content will ensue.

Our Rustic lager Big Foam is back on Friday. 40 venues nationwide. It's bitter. It's tangy it's uniquely delicious. Alongside two special versions with our favourite breweries.

EDGE OF TOWN is a 6% west coast IPA. All Simcoe, resin, bitter and bright. A lil tribute to the breweries who invented these beers, and intrepid beer fans drinking them in industrial estates on the edge of town.
