New desk space! I finally can have my keyboard in front of me all while sitting at my computer, this is going to make it SO much easier to just sit down and work on music, whether it's composing or practicing

I got a court date to have my name changed next week. I’m keeping my first name but my middle and last name are heavily associated with my dad’s side of the family, who I don’t talk with anymore. I got the fees waived too - it’s moving a bit faster than I expected but I’m very excited!

I occasionally get a little discouraged with my endeavors, specifically in music It can be hard to sit down and focus on composing, or practicing, and I feel like I fall behind or stagnate because of it. Getting my new desk will help, but I need to set up a routine that’ll make it easier too.

Old drawing. Every time I see it I think I should’ve kept trying more complex backgrounds, but I got discouraged. Teachers never gave good feedback and the fandom was pretty gatekeepy. Being self-taught was lonely too, but I didn’t have much of a choice back then.

Ran Blood on the Clocktower at our local game store tonight for Halloween and it went SUPER well, basically had max capacity for players, it was so much fun

Listening to the first couple of songs I wrote compared to more recent ones and it’s really cool hearing the improvements I’ve made. I can still do better of course, but every new thing I compose and mix I get a little better.
