Should I renew my KoFi goal for therapy with every new session? I feel bad asking for money, but nobody is interested in my VGen (I have writing comms open, go check it out), I’m not making much from Twitch (at best I’d be looking at a session every two months), and I can’t fit it into my budget.

Sometimes, my brain get stuck on a loop of “why bother”, “I’m not worth it”, “everyone is better without me around”, “I can’t help anyone”, “I only makes things worse”… That sometimes is now.
