Ok ok, so AppIntentTimelineProvider uses async/await, but it also sorta requires the widget to be editable. (have customization) So if my widget is static, I use TimelineProvider, but then I get completion handlers and no async/await? I don’t want to loose that, am I missing something here? 🙁

Played a golf tournament toady, I knew that one of my flight partners cheats, I’ve played with them before and they heavily miscount (7 strokes on 9 holes missing) they cheated so bad they won the tournament back then. This time they only miscounted once until arguing broke out.

I finished my bachelors today! 🥳🥳 I’m super happy and proud that I got a 1.0 on my thesis and presentation. (My whole grade will be closer to 1.6 probably) 🤩🥳 I’m excited for what’s ahead and will start studying for a masters degree in autumn.

I’ve been experimenting with content tagging in the new foundation model. It’s actually quite nice, but it needed some more guidance than in the documentation. It used to make the tag up to 10 words long. (Yeah the tags aren’t ordered here.)

I’m playing with iOS26 and for some reason my TextField will not .onSubmit when pressing “return”? The way I read the doc, it should do that, and it does in the preview on Mac, but not once it’s installed on the phone. There it’s only doing “new line” am I holding this wrong?

YouTube automatically translates and synchronizes videos now. It’s super annoying and in the browser there is no way to turn it off, there is no way for me to say “I know English don’t translate” and if I switch settings to English, all my German videos will be translated with a horrific AI voice

Why are people unable to put cups into the dishwasher?????????????????? The dishwasher is empty and still people put their not really empty cups on the sink on top of the dishwasher. Capital punishment but only for people that stack glasses that aren’t empty in the sink.
