And when I say I use those 3 platforms, I mean in heavy moderation. The apps are not on my home screen, I don’t have notifications or notification bubbles on. I go to check them when I want to check them & forget about them most of the time. I choose what I want to consume when I want to consume it.

The only social media I use is this, Tumblr & YouTube (if that counts). I don’t see the vitriol & hate, I’m not consumed by other peoples opinions & I am able to make my own. I generally have a much nicer time on the internet. So reminder: if it makes you feel bad, it probably isn’t good for you. 🫶
