Developers of LIHTC properties are generally giddy over proposed increase & changes to LIHTC in House resolution. By itself, it's good to have more LIHTC $$. But if LIHTC tenants get hit w/Medicaid & SNAP cuts, many tenants will have trouble paying rent & that could destabilize LIHTC properties.

New — Judge has DENIED the Trump administration's motion to dismiss Mahmoud Khalil's lawsuit, orders his case to be transferred to New Jersey, and not Louisiana, per the Trump admin's wishes. The judge also reaffirmed a previous ruling blocking the deportation of Khalil.
