remi, the person i've been stalked by for years now, was sitting outside of my living room window again today at ~5pm in a closer, more noticeable spot in red plaid and glancing up at my windows for the entire time it took me to figure out whether it was them. super creepy behavior.

did my own T shot for the first time in a while. i'm not fond of belly shots but it went well. i'm feeling rly good abt it. as a disabled person with multiple disabilities that make typical indepedence impossible, any chance to increase my sense of autonomy is invaluable.
