Make space for bicycles on regional bus, says campainers All regional buses should have spaces for bicycles, according to the Irish Cycling Campaign, a national umbrella group for most cycling campaigns. Bicycles are carried on most intercity buses in Ireland, both public and private, but more recent inter-urban regional buses, which were purchased by the National Transport Authority (NTA) for public service routes, have no bicycle storage.
