Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.

Hard to say how many showed up for Alex Pretti’s vigil, but easily hundreds if not thousands. After community activists and leaders spoke at the park where they gathered, everyone marched to the site of Pretti’s killing. Streets just filled with people demanding ICE out.

A Trump-appointed federal judge has granted the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension a temporary restraining order against Homeland Security, barring the department from altering or destroying evidence connected to the killing of Alex Pretti.
