Finally...some semblance of a schedule resumes with Zoom stuff through lunch. Depending on what we talk about, I might write a post later about recognizing my body's changes with the weather, and being comfortable enough to feel it (and complain about it on here). That felt new to me.

I'm so glad I never really got into TikTok. I do miss Twitter before everything went to Helena, Handbasket, but bsky is serving its purpose after that happened.

Oh ok. I get it. It's freezing outside, and despite it being cozy in my house, I'm still in quite a bit of physical pain over the cold, and that is what's making me anxious. Because I don't see a reason to be hurting like I am, and that's alarming. Cool. Now I need a different distraction.
