Probs the single most useful skill I've gained from meditating is abandoning unproductive thoughts before they take root. They still pop up, but if I'm embarking on a mean (usually to myself, sometimes to others) or paranoid or somehow unhelpful thought, I just... don't finish it. Life-changing!

Anyone can experience higher levels of wisdom, awareness, and spiritual connection in meditation or on a mountaintop; however, mastery is bringing that same energy down from the mountain and infusing it into your day-to-day experiences.

I've blocked 3 people today for disparaging Hunter Biden. That man was put thru tt in the courts & the media & handled that shit while staying sober. If that's what you think about us in recovery, fine, we'll shine our light brightly because your shadow doesn't stand a chance in hell. #Recovery
