After re-watching Volumes 1-8 of RWBY and starting Vol 9, and knowing what I know about the production and how folks close to Monty Oum were treated after he passed, the whole thing just hurts and makes me mad I wish I hadn't found out about RWBY (and Oum's other works) only years after he died.

This is such nonsense. This company "claims that the same techniques it uses to summon back species from the dead could prevent existing but endangered animals from slipping into extinction themselves." We already have a method for preventing extinction. It's called conservation, and it works.

Tron stuff coming into the real world is like, the one thing that feels like this movie is still a continuation of the other two. Its a logical step forward – I just hope we still get decent screentime in the Grid because its cool and is half the draw of the franchise for me. Nine Inch Nails!
