Wife went in for her yearly check up earlier this year. Weird blood work results that could have indicated she had cancer. Many tests later they conclude the first tests were a fluke and she is fine. We'll be paying thousands of dollars because of this.

If you enjoy strategy games and you've ever felt put out by the economic models they often employ in the mobile space, I really can't recommend checking out @playgalaxygame.bsky.social enough on Android/iOS/Steam. Really good gameplay & incredibly reasonable economy paired with it.

TBH if I was a regular Pokemon Pocket player this set would have made me uninstall. Honestly it still might. Highest variance / most expensive card game economy I've ever experienced by a lot.

September will be Pokemon Pocket's worst month for Twitch stats by a wide margin. It will have lost approximately 95% of its average viewers compared to its launch month less than a year ago.

The more time goes on the more it feels like MARVEL SNAP has genuinely just ruined other card games for me. It is so hard to go back to infrequent content and balance changes. SNAP really is just everything I always wanted from a live service card game.
