After the Amazon Kindle debacle, I'm realizing how ubiquitous jailbreaking/CFW has become. Over the last decade, I've had to jailbreak at least 8 of my legacy devices due to corpo shenanigans. I still use these regularly, basically in spite of the companies that made them. It's becoming a necessity.
