i’m open to therapy and medicine and all that and she very much is not so she’s been running on vibes all these years and it’s reaching a point where she can’t anymore

everyone knows my sister struggles with something even if they don’t know, or even she doesn’t know, what “it” is

my sister and i have sort-of-but-not parallel issues but hers are known and mine are not

here and in therapy and with newer friends i can be self centered but not with old friends and never with my family
