Basically, good worldbuilding is 1) narratively relevant, 2) enables new narratives in the same setting and 3) cohesive and grounded in its own constructed reality. I don't care about nursery rhymes but I do care about where the underground dwarf kingdom gets its food because that can be a plot hook

IMO both OP and OOP are overly prescriptive but in the wrong direction. The key to good worldbuilding is it needs to be *consequential*, which none of these things are. Some almost end up in the area of consequential worldbuilding but they're still trivia, they don't offer strong narrative hooks.
