I would also add Lyon, France to the list. - An affordable & accessible bike share scheme (Vélo’V) with 428 stations and 5000 bikes - 870km separated cycle lanes in metro Lyon - 1000€ e-bike, cargo bike subsidy - Freevélo’v, a free long-term bike rental service for students and young people
