Have to agree. There's nothing like a bursting roadside blackberry - just enough out of arms reach to be reached - surrounded by sharp briars yet worth every scratch. Supermarket blackberries by contrast, well, barely worth the effort of picking them out of the box.

FWIW from me, as someone who’s watched almost all full Limerick Council meetings since John Moran became mayor (and a considerable number before as well), I wouldn’t describe it as “credible”. I’d describe it as “accurate”. I could take a thousand words to say that, but that’ll do. It’s accurate.

Everyone entering the water at a beach, river or lake should be made wear a high visibility flotation device. No exceptions. It's just common sense and would make it easier for lifeguards to see people. (It's a lot easier to remove road dangers than try to control the tide, we just choose not to)

I had a Toyota estate, a Carina II, the best car I've ever owned. You could fit two of anything in it, the visibility was incredible and hands down the most comfortable on longer journeys. You'll know if I ever win the lottery because I'll be driving a restored & modernised one.
