Today, Turkey lost 66 people to an entirely preventable disaster. In a luxury ski resort, during one of the peak seasons, people died because there were no fire stairs, the fire alarm was not working correctly, and the fire extinguishers were empty.

This paper is dear to our hearts.   We were deeply saddened that Professor Fuat Keyman left us shortly before it was accepted for publication. @senemaydndzgit.bsky.social and I dedicate this paper to his loving memory.
