Hi been a few days since I did some stuff

This is the first time in 2 and a half years at my job where I’ve felt actually, genuinely bad. Like crying multiple times a day at work bad. I never thought or wanted that to be me. I keep telling myself that if this is the first time in a little while over 2 years, it can’t be that bad.
