Can I just say the Abbey’s current production of The Plough & the Stars is SO good. Much better than the previous production I saw there. And it’s the 100th anniversary of the first production. So there’s an exhibition of photos from previous productions. Came home talking about it.

I have this theory that dopamine pathways can become addicted to averse emotions too. i.e. sensationalism, breaking news, outrage, arguments. Intense levels of pain shortcircuit the brain the same way a high does. We begin to feel numb - so we seek out intense emotions to feel alive again. /1

Road safety agencies really don’t appreciate/understand the draught effect of air vortex destabilisation of a bike user. Forensic crash analysis will conclude that a rider simply fell off their bike with no impact from an overtaking vehicle, such as a semi-trailer rig.
