What I have learned over the last ten years is that public consultations largely means nothing. The decisions are already made. Now they are blocking the ability to challenge the decisions too. They can’t play by the rules so they change them instead. Crafty bunch.

Remember. The establishment parties NEVER WANTED to repeal the eighth. They had to be dragged kicking and screaming into it, and if they thought it would gain them votes, they would roll it back in a millisecond.
