Good piece on rest! @exceedhergrasp1.bsky.social quoted extensively. When I was dxed with #MECFS the dr said, “you need to rest.” And the gamechanger: “audiobooks are not rest” — I still think about that statement when I need to check in with myself about whether I’m actually resting.
