I've been doing Return to Subcon 2 very slowly. I can tolerate only so much precision platforming inside the SMB2 engine. Neat, but it feels like I am very much fighting the engine the whole way to not get inputs eaten or slight collisions to destroy your momentum.

Finally beat and Cherried Vambrace from UFO50 earlier this week. It has the form of a dungeon crawler, but the combat isn't turn based, it's a form of single character over the shoulder no forward movement real time combat, which is rare in that genre.

So on Thursday I played through 4.5 hours of Subnautica 2 with massive visual glitches, quit out for a couple hours, came back, and all the visuals were 100% correct. So I've played 10 more hours since. I'm a big fan of what's going on here.
