Has a big personality and would like to bring out celebrations and dances. Looking forward to the season. Has a big freestyle background but hasn't yet introduced the rest of the teams to any sessions.

"What's unique about your style?" Very direct and aggressive player. Wants to drive and make things happen. Willing to do work off the ball as well.

"how's the relationships with the other wingers?" There's a language barrier but good camaraderie. Looking to keep building on that connection ahead of the season start.

Who are you close with on the team? Paxten for sure. Has seen him in various camps and has been used to seeing more of the national players.

"Position preference" Winger. Anywhere moving forward is where I want to be

"How's the physical aspect of Wells' training?" Loves the extra fitness and push in training. Allows him to be more fit and do more in the field. Starting to build a culture that the team is buying in to.

"Any advice on how to adapt to the altitude?" Says Wayne has been helping him but feels the altitude could be helpful for the side pushing forward.

"What are your goals for the season?" Continue to build off of last season and help the team in the attacking phase and defensive phase. Show off qualities and show himself.

Says Wells is a very tough coach and excited to see how the team builds out.

"What was your reaction to the trade?" Had a good reaction. Padraig reached out to him and gave him the plan. Very excited with the plans proposed by the coach and excited for this next step in his career.

Dante Sealy coming up next.

In the outset of creating a special culture and particular tactical style of play. Lots of breakdown of the model as it's a bit different than what's expected but nonetheless something they're continuing to push through to the players.

"Any time to evaluate the captaincy?" Hasn't decided quite yet. Good dialogue with Keegan. Will have a leadership group but not thinking abut it now. Priority is setting the foundations and knowing expectations. Has been a system shock but it's all about raising the level.

Has the support of everyone and doesn't feel out of place. Very happy to be here. High hopes and has seen those hopes exceeded.

Wells is very happy with the process and looking at the environment. Everyone has been receptive to his proposed changes. Facility is one thing, but the environment is everything. Everything he has suspected about the club has been correct including a hungry support staff.

biggest downside is Oje can't "feel" the presence of the coach including why he stops sessions, why he's upset and how he can't display and elaborate on his style. Still feels good but there's no replacement for the in person training and camp.

"How are you keeping players not in camp up to speed?" Hamzat not being there is tough but he's there in every meeting and coach is in regular dialogue and further following up with comprehension checks. Can't replicate the output via online but he is with a personal trainer.

"What is your approach?" all about seeing everything in to place in training and putting it into the pitch. Looking to lean into that discomfort by doing a rigorous preseason schedule. Players are going to feel heavy legs and it's there where they need to adjust.

Impressed with mentality and confident in the CB group within the team.

"Thoughts on Herrington and Cobb?" Defensive line concepts were addressed today. Very important in introducing the players to Well's tactical concepts. Has been using Zoom as a way to individually meet with players and establish those concepts. All 4 CB's have been training well

Hierarchy have been very supportive. Visa appointment is scheduled for tomorrow but the club has done well to expedite the process. Excited by the early signs of the first few sessions even through the visa uncertainty.

In regards to Visa issues and tough starts: Recalls his COVID experience with how informal the setting was. Not quite the experience he was looking for but is feeling good and making the best of a difficult situation. Club has been "world class" when it comes to integration.

Excited with how the team is attacking things but there's more to come and more to work through.

"What have you garnered from the personalities?" What stands out is how hungry and ambitious the squad is. No anomaly either +/-. Everyone comes in wanting to work and wanting to be pushed. Excited but embracing the concept of "uncomfort". Work after work. That's the culture.

"What have you liked about Dante Sealy?" Sealy fits the tactical profile. Coach is looking to improve what is being asked of him and there's a lot in training that has arised through Dante. Lots of areas to improve but he's a top person and potentially top player.

"How have the players progressed in the first few sessions?" Wells has been impressed with how they've attacked the work. Has asked players to be excited but uncomfortable. Many elements of the philosophy that is going to be uncomfortable. Pushing players physically and asking a lot tactically.

"Who is sticking out so far?" Wells is more so interested in setting up the framework and aligning the players first with what they'd like to set up.
