Being on legislative break gives me the chance to reflect on the session so far, including fun and unique opportunities: visiting the MNHS archives, a visit from my parents, Puppy Day, and my high school classmate delivering the opening prayer.

After meeting people at the Woodbury Expo, I headed over to the No Kings rally in St. Paul. The crowds were overwhelming, powerful, & clear in defending our democracy. It was also inspiring to hear words from so many amazing speakers. Here's Bruce Springsteen (I've never been in the pit before✊🤩)!

As Women's History Month and the first phase of session (deadline week) come to a close, I want to take a moment to recognize amazing women - constituents, collaborators, colleagues, family, and friends. Stay strong and keep fighting the good fight ❤️✊💪❤️

Today we passed my bill to ban crypto kiosks in Minnesota to the Senate Floor! It's time for us to take swift action to ensure nobody else is scammed using crypto kiosks in Minnesota.

MN cities & counties have real costs from federal policy decisions. Police overtime, administrative expenses, stretched budgets. Communities shouldn't be financially punished for fed. decisions they don't control. Today’s bill provides limited state grants to minimize these costs to MN localities.

We won’t ever forget Melissa, Mark, and Gilbert Hortman. Now, we honor Melissa’s legacy by building the Minnesota she believed in and fought so hard for.
