I'll be real, this whole year has been a depressive slump for me. I've not felt like engaging with art because what I have done and desire to do feels like a niche among niches, and I don't really find joy in selling it. But that feels like the only thing that I -can- do in my position.

It's the most defeating feeling being told to try using sites for freelancing work, only to see the first thing it does is show you examples of people who were already running a company or had a successful desk job finding out they could use their free time to scam more people by using AI.

I'm absolutely blackpilled that nothing will make furries / artists stop using twitter, like literal Adolf Hitler could come back from Hell and become the new CEO after buying it for 30 Billion Hell Coins ppl would still be using twitter because that's where the big numbers and new memes are

That all having been said, I do like the 'artists' interepretation' of Mega-Z a lot more than the 3D model. I feel like there's a lot of elements that are fun about it, I just wish the execution was better, but I feel like I have this exact same critique about almost all the megas of this gen.

The full "caiswan" line also had this silly riolu variant I loved. The operating idea was a 'non-newtonian' kind of material (white) that was soft unless put under sudden pressure, which would be a protective coat or be used as a club / flail in later evolutions as a lucario.

Even now, there's a lot that I would update about it (2016 was a long time ago) but I really yearn for the mega designs to have more flow.

People have shown me the lucario and I have strong thoughts on how it could have hit me a lot more if gf's modeling team didn't give the impression they're working with templates and shape prims. But I'm also kinda miffed I did my take on a "pretty" lucario mega years ago.

I have yet again been persuaded to play Minecraft...

honestly surprised i dont hate it after two years. theres hints of why i stopped developing it, and you can see i never added ctual combat beyond the counter, but it has something going for it still.
