Anyone know of any decent, truly starting from rock bottom exercise and food plans for for someone (me) who has borderline bad cholesterol and has been pretty shamefully sedentary for the past 2-3 years?. I have a set of 5-50lb dumbbells and folding workout bench as my equipment.
