I got so much reading "A New Queer Life Is Possible" by HSB, a reflection on queerness and furry and Anthrocon and @attyboy.bsky.social's great exhibition I Love Furry. It's honestly something I needed to read right now.

Got to see my things and every other lovely thing at I LOVE FURRY yesterday

I love furry was wonderful. Been thinking a lot about how I experience community (especially being a few years out of college now) and seeing all the familiar faces on the wall gave me warm fuzzies. My favorite was easily the family photos, having each one framed was a great touch.

and what a treat to be a part of I LOVE FURRY and see it in person!! i think my proudest contribution was my family portrait 💞

This book was chock-full of delightful stories. I took lots of pictures of the contents that I won't share here, but I'd be happy to DM them to you if you couldn't make it out!

I gasped at the mirrors with the VRChat photos. I regret not doing a recording about the significance of VRChat in my Furry coming out, and the story of a German protogen, Cable, who showed me the first VRChat mirror at The Great Pug. I may have recorded a different story though... 🙂

First thing we did after reg line Thursday was drive up to see I Love Furry curated by @attyboy.bsky.social! My viewing experience was going to each station, gleefully jumping up and down, pointing and saying "ooo that's ___! And look at that one!", and then taking the following photos: #AC2026

So much to think about and say about this past month i have spent in Pittsburgh. I will write something at length soon. For now i am trying to rest and keep energy for packing up the last of my things at the residency. I leave Thursday morning! And head to a family vacation for a week.

If you want your vintage fursuit to be loved and preserved and seen, you should consider selling it to Gaze! He is awesome and a deeply furry person who gets it. Plus I can make cool photos of him wearing your suit. Think about it!
