About this time in 2022 I started having some trouble swallowing, which was just the start on my cancer journey! One reoccurrence, 25 radiation, 60 chemo, one surgery,4ER trips, 3 hospital stays, collapsed lung, pulmonary embolism and more Dr visits and scans and medication I care to count #cansky

And then this shit just came out. When you’re making over $700k a year, gaining $12k is nothing. It’s a nice vacation, redoing the garage, giving a niece/nephew a car. When you’re making $23k a year, losing $1600 is “are we paying for food or for the house or for medical bills” territory.
