Just finished this game recently and it's absolutely worth it at that price. Definitely far from perfect but as a character action game with interesting mechanics that make you assess the whole arena and a story that keeps you invested, I really enjoyed it.

If you’re bummed or mad about the GTA6 delay you should point that frustration at Rockstar/2K. They just fired a bunch of people through union busting and there’s no way that this isn’t a huge part of why this is happening.
