After almost 7 months big seizure free I finally got re-certified on forklift equipment at work. I am 100% back to being able to lead and help my crew. I got an absolute adrenaline rush my first step back onto equipment. I am the happiest at work that I have been in 7 months.

Today is going to be a turning point in my professional career. Bad night last night with how I handled some work stress. Luckily I don’t show it to my crew. But internally I wasn’t proud of myself. Take control back today and become better.
