No doubt #1 is very dependent on local authority, but I have to say my experience with Dundee City Council was very good. We met with our registrar a month out, and she put a lot of effort into making sure the ceremony felt personal to us (removing a lot of the fluff, adding stories etc).

In November an 18 month investigation into ADHD concluded. It found ADHD is massively underdiagnosed with less than 1 in 20 people over 40 receiving treatment. It said GPs need to be diagnosing it. Instead a review has been launched looking into it being 'overdiagnosed'
