Memories of days gone by…

I’m still angry. I feel like there are so many amazing reasons why I love these family members but it is heartbreaking to really sit with how warped their view of the world is. How do you possibly make a better world when you see other people as being so much less worthy than you??

Here’s to stepping back to move forward.

It was my last safe place. Now it’s still the place I think of when I think of “home” but I’ve lost those rose coloured glasses.

It’s been literally days of processing for me to finally realise that this years dumpster fire was at least not floating down a river of shit. But is that an improvement? Nope.

How do we deal with the post Xmas “guess the family members who’ve become raging white supremacists!” depression this year? Is it shrooms again?? Cause damn. They weren’t even all white and yet the daily wire is their gospel….. still better than last year tho…. Wtf is wrong w ppl…🙃

I don’t know how to not be really impressed and slightly weirded out that we can have sustained quantum activity within what? A 3lbs hunk of wrinkly fat and water?
