The Cardassian rebellion is one of the most hopeful stories in the series IMO. An unlikely leader whose work is only possible bc of an unthinkable alliance with an old enemy—it's good stuff. We see redemption and a proper reckoning, but the results are both righteous and miserable at the same time.
