As someone who works in physical labor, I have no idea how people have full time jobs and still find the energy to engage in artistic expression. By the end of the day I’m fried, and what weekend is left over after errands and other responsibilities I have to use to recover.

So I’ve seen a lot of good posts about alternative, independent journalism and critique, but is there any good alternative, independent creative media groups (other than, like, dropout)? Not the usual stream/video essay fare (I’m already subscribed to those) but people creating shows and the like
