Last week we played The Pirate Republic: Africa Gambit. That type of game has something which attracts my group. Here you constantly upgrade your historical character, fight in interesting way, develop your card deck. It looks beautiful & has campaign mode! We will come back to it for sure!

We played Taifa today - a cool, quick, beautifully looking card-driven wargame from Worthington Publishing. It allows play up to 6 players, have very straightforward bots and gives a lot of fun and negative interaction 👹! Great beer & pretzels title. Definitely check it out!
