Woke up early in airport hotel & realised I'd left tablet on plane last night. Rush to airport & ask Thai Airways for help. This starts an adventure through Bangkok Airport that takes me airside with an escort, & return of tablet! Cleaners found it, handed it in. Staff were awesome.Ā Huge thanks.

Itās a shame that we donāt have a recent example of a global superpower that rapidly dismantled the apparatus of the state and became controlled by kleptocrats, leading to a Hobbesian State Of Nature where life is nasty brutish and short. That would be worth learning from.
