when I was homeless in florida, the library was a godsend, straight from heaven. air conditioning, bathrooms, somewhere I could sit, go online, read, just exist.

First draft of a new story done. Apart from editing and writing a few poems, I have written nothing in about 15 months. This is huge!

I’ve been writing for almost thirteen years and publishing for eleven, and it’s only this year I’ve got back to reading as a reader instead of as a writer. It is such a pleasure. God, I love books!
