It was a pleasure to talk about the pros and cons of telling stories with @physicstp.bsky.social. The discussion was based on a project funded by the IOP with @benrogersedu.bsky.social and @liamciniodwyer.bsky.social We tried not to get too distracted by stories to focus on their value in teaching.

This is great. I'm in the UK... I think we know knowledge is important for reading. Many of us have knowledge rich curricula. I think we aren't completing the circle: use the knowledge the pupils have developed for their reading and writing.
