A combat-wounded veteran's eight-hour detention by federal agents in Minneapolis raises concerns about due process in ICE facilities.

Multiple attorneys allege that for some detainees, including at least one U.S. citizen, the DH"SS" is denying their constitutional right to see an attorney. This is a violation of the 5th and 6th Amendment rights to due process and the right to consult with counsel.

ICE just conducted a big operation near a major commercial intersection in south Minneapolis (Lake & Emerson), and reportedly was running red lights along a busy street (Hennepin Ave) on the way there. What could possibly go wrong?
