I did a small fanart sculpt of Grunbeld in apostle form from Berserk! Obviously inspired by the imminent release of the Monolith Board Game!

Day 14, Color study and portrait practice. Those first color selections are as fun as they are scary.

1 hour portrait practice, but I painted on the wrong layer there at the end. I'm still using a saturated color as a base, this time I was mindful of following the volume of the face with my brushstrokes.

Then and Now (2022 ha) I guess I have improved a bit, still working on getting better, need to get back to fundamentals and really dig into animal anatomy/ details to really get to the next level.
