Does anyone know of good writing about picking names for things like games, books, bands, albums and so on? I don't mean as in βwhat will sell", since that's mostly snake oil, but as in "the artβ. What truly makes a good name and how do you design one?

another ~hour to finish gameplay - reach depth 200 for $$$ - survive on snacks - collect coins I really like this game. It was good practice to get something that feels good in a couple hours. After this, a good polish pass w/ art, sounds could do lots

curious your thoughts on traditional roguelike enemy design both in terms of mechanics and systems. Designing for an ascii game vs tiles is probably very different and Iβm guessing the first roguelikes had different enemy design principles than what youβd see today

Accidentally stayed up all night building a simple free tool which automatically generates lightweight landing pages for your game. It even automatically grabs social links from your website, and stays up-to-date. Will release it into beta this week if thereβs interest!
