The kick-off moment at last night’s Brumbies vs Chiefs
#superrugbypacific
match in Canberra. That’s the ball in the sky, not the moon. James Slipper seized the Super Rugby matches record in his 203rd game. The Brumbies trailed 24-7 with 22 min left and stormed home to win 33-24. Great fun.

Friends, I need your help. We've only found 5️⃣films with an exploding helicopter this year. By this time last year, we had 1️⃣6️⃣, and in 2024 an insane 4️⃣3️⃣. Spot one? Let me know where you saw it. Obscure, international, streaming, animation all welcome. 🚁💥📽️❓❓❓

My dog, I’d love to undo this iPad OS ‘update’. The swipeable, resizeable windows thing is a pain in the neck. The apps never come back in the same size or place, the lower edge of the app sometimes drops off the screen and the stoopid traffic light bar often locates itself over app buttons.

That poster for ‘The Green Helmet’ warrants a closer look. Bill Travers, Ed Begley, Nancy Walters, Sid James, Jack Brabham and Jon Cleary . . . that is quite an array of diverse talents.

Not enough has been said about Epstein’s atrocious typing habits: a space before full stops and commas, two or three spaces following full stops, a comma following the subject noun phrase. What a reprehensible human.
