I find that its important to separate my F&F liking the things I make etc and them loving/ supporting/ being glad I'm being creative then later is more important. We shouldn't expect them to love everything we make, just be grateful for their support and encouragement.

Excellent open mic last night we had a wonderful range of poems and music. Everything from Yoghurt to aliens were covered plus really good music. Original songs but also some inspired covers "songs of love/Father Ted" on folk harp and a joyful tribute to Victor Willis with an accordion YMCA !
