I’m feeling sad tonight so I’m going to tell you a story about my mom & I. It was fall 2006. I was 20, and moved back home to my moms for a brief stint after a breakup. Humbled after being ‘on my own’ for three years, it was a difficult time, and I was reintegrating myself in furry after a hiatus.

Last night, I dreamt about my mom. I knew our time was short, so I tried to focus on being present. She was having the best day ever. It was sunny. We were near the boardwalk. She told me about her perfect tan this season and that she had deja vous on Sunday. She was smiling. It was a good day.

Workshop Update: SVX B's engine is now apart and ready to be whisked off to the machine shop for cleaning and resurfacing. SVX A's dashboard is nearly out for the heater core replacement.
