Last year the claying lining to a small pond created at Lamplighters Marsh NR, Bristol, cracked, and it would not hold water. Earlier this year, it was relined and enhanced with planting. Particularly enjoyed #BBCSpringwatch last night and Iolo Williams highlighting the #TreeSparrow at RSPB #BemptonCliffs. I visited Bempton last week (05.06.26), and it was a delight to watch recently fledged Tree Sparrow being fed by adults. #ukwildlife #birds
