A young man came up to is with no shoes only wet socks. We tried our best to give him what we had left. A community member approached and removed the liners from his boots to give him. Community takes care of community we see examples of this every day(3/5)

The Federal Court lawsuit filed this month in Vancouver says Indigenous children across the country were forcibly removed from their homes and taken "to live with strangers — sometimes hundreds of kilometres from their families and Indigenous communities."
